Customer Relationship Management - Market Engagement Event
Southampton City Council wants all residents, visitors and businesses to be clear about how to use council services, and for every interaction to be simple from start to finish. The Council requires control and oversight of all customer interactions and needs to better understand all contact channels and service delivery; therefore, it is their intention to procure a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in order to improve the level and quality of customer services.
